The company will provide
service to the following equipment:
- All equipment sold by Bose India
- All imported Bose products of those customers who have the proof of purchase
and proof of legal
importation of bringing the product in India

All parts defective in material or workmanship.
|
|
|
|
At least one year from the date of purchase, or as specified in your owner’s manual.
|
|
|
- External accessories defined in the operating instructions manual supplied with this Bose product.
- Consumables.
- Damage caused by natural calamities, improper ventilation, accident, excessive shock or any
other external cause beyond Bose’s control.
- Normal wear and tear of the product or if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial,
educational or rental applications.
- Damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connecting the
product to equipment not approved by Bose, deficiency in the product performance due to signal
reception.

- Adaption or adjustments are made to the product.
- The serial number on the product has been altered, removed or damaged.

|
|
|
|
| The company at its sole
discretion, will repair or replace any defective part free of charge. |
|
- We will not pay for
shipping and transportation
- We will not pay for transit insurance
- We will not pay taxes related to shipping or repair of product |
- The company reserves the
right to provide service to customers who have not cleared the previous
dues. |
