1. The special discount offer is valid for Bose Corporation India Private Limited Customers (“Customers”) only. The offer includes an exchange benefit of up to 15% on selected Bose products on exchange of old Bose products (in working order) (as stipulated, with accessories) and up to 10% on selected Bose products on exchange of old speaker/headphones of other brand(s) (as stipulated, in working order). Customers should check the eligibility of the products they wish to exchange with the representative at the authorized Bose stores. The discount(s)/benefit(s) values may vary with the products available for exchange.

2. The offer is valid only for purchase of selected products and cannot be extended to any other products or services/repairs from Bose Corporation India Private Limited (“Bose”). The application of said discount on the products is at sole discretion of Bose and cannot be challenged or disputed.

3. The offer is valid from 11 August 2018 till 9 September 2018, or till the stock lasts, only at Bose stores and selected offline channel partners. This offer is not available for any online purchases.

4. Bose will check the exchanged products for their authenticity and fake/counterfeit products will not be considered for trade-up.

5. Any illegal action or unauthorized and intentional misuse of the said offer would attract a legal action and disqualification of the offer extended.

6. The offer is only valid for the end-use customer only.

7. The Customer availing the said offer via discount is compulsory required to execute a declaration on a stamp paper (at Bose Stores), admitting the ownership of the old speaker/headphones (to be extended in the trade up programme) along with rights to transfer the same to Bose/Partner.

8. The declaration formats and the stamp paper would be made available at Bose locations.

9. The offer cannot be combined with any other promo code/offer in a single order. Promotion code cannot be exchanged for any other product/cash. Customer shall not be entitled to compensation/benefits/cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of the above-mentioned offers.

10. All standard terms and conditions with respect to purchases made will be applicable. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

11. Bose Corporation India Private Limited reserves an absolute right to change, modify, withdraw, suspend, and/or cancel these offers (in full or partial) at any time without giving any notice or without assigning any reason and shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or compensation.

12. The Promotion is open to Participants aged 18 years or older, excluding authorized wholesalers and resellers selling any Bose products, excluding Bose employees.

13. Purchase and Redemption would be subject to availability at the time of purchase.

14. EMI offers (if applicable) may vary and are subject to the interest rates offered by different Banks. Pine Labs India Pvt. Ltd. shall be solely responsible for the EMI calculation and processing.

16. If the consumer avails the exchange offer he/she shall not be allowed/eligible to return/exchange the product.
