- Be sure the headset is powered on. Press the power/Bluetooth® button until it glows green, yellow or red (to indicate the current battery charge level)
Headphones don’t turn on

- If the battery indicator is blinking red, charge the headphones.
Note: The headphones do not play while charging - Use this product only with an agency-approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements (for example: UL, CSA, VDE, CCC)
