My headphones will not pair with my Bluetooth® device

If you're having trouble connecting your headphones to your Bluetooth device, here are some common steps to try:

Make sure that the headphones are not charging. The headphones will not pair to a device while charging

Move your Bluetooth device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions.

On your Bluetooth device:

Turn Bluetooth off, and then on again.

Delete your Bose SoundSport Free headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. Pair again.

Clear the headphone pairing list:

Power off the headphones.

Press and hold the Bluetooth button for ten seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared".

Delete your Bose SoundSport Free headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. Pair again.
