My headphones will not pair with my Bluetooth® device

If you're having trouble connecting your headphones to your Bluetooth device, here are some common steps to try:

Make sure the headphones are not charging. The headphones will not pair to a device while charging. Unplug the charging cable and try pairing to your device again

Move your Bluetooth device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions

On your Bluetooth device:

Turn Bluetooth® off, and then on again

Delete your Bose® SoundSport headphones from the Bluetooth® list  on your device. Pair again

Clear the headphone pairing list:

Power off the headphones

Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth® button for 10 seconds, until you hear "Bluetooth®device list cleared"

Delete your Bose® SoundSport headphones from the Bluetooth® list on your device. Pair again
