Short battery life
If the battery charge level drains at a faster rate than expected, try the following:
Turn off the Find My Buds feature in the app to save battery life.
When the Find My Buds feature is enabled in the app, the headset constantly broadcasts a Bluetooth® Low-Energy (BLE) signal. This allows the app to find the buds if they are lost and within Bluetooth range; 10 m or 33 ft.

Check if the battery is charged.
Be sure the battery is not depleted. For more info see, Checking the remaining battery charge and Charging your headphones.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Verify the charging case is charged before trying to charge the earbuds in the case.
If the charging case battery has no charge of its own, the earbuds will remain on when placed in the case. Also, if the audio source is still on and connected to the earbuds, they will continue to play until the depleted.
Your product may need service.
