Changing audio sources
Your product has an audio input to accomodate the connection of another device. Learn how to switch inputs on your product to hear the different sound sources you have connected.
To listen to SoundTouch presets:
Using the buttons on the system: Once you set presets using the app, press a preset number on the button pad or on the remote control to play it. For information on using presets, see Setting and using presets and favorite content
Using the SoundTouch mobile app: press a preset on the list of presets to play it
To listen to an AirPlay stream:
On either the system or the remote control, press the AUX button to switch to a connected source.
Using the SoundTouch mobile app: press a preset on the list of presets to play it
To listen to an AirPlay stream:
- Start a music app on your AirPlay source device.
- On the device, tap or click the AirPlay icon
and select the SoundTouch system name assigned during setup.
If the device is an AppleTV, select the system name found in the Speakers list located in Settings > AirPlay (On) > Speakers. - Start playing music from a music app.
On either the system or the remote control, press the AUX button to switch to a connected source.
