Terms and Conditions for sleepbuds™ 10-day trial offer

1. The sleepbuds™ 10-day trial offer is valid for Bose Corporation India Private Limited Customers (“Customers”) purchasing Bose sleepbuds™ at the Bose store pan India only. Offer valid from 21st March to 30th April 2019 across all Bose stores in India.

2. The offer is valid only for the purchase of Bose sleepbuds™ and cannot be extended to any other products or services from Bose Corporation India Private Limited (“Bose”).

3. Consumers can take home Bose sleepbuds™ by paying the full price and try the product for the period of 10 days effective the date of possession of the Bose sleepbuds™.

4. Consumers can choose to return the product and are entitled to a full refund in this scenario.

5. The product returned should be in the ‘as is’ condition as it appeared at the time of purchase.

6. Return of sleepbuds™ beyond the 10th day from the date of invoice will not be accepted.

7. A standard declaration is required to be executed by the consumer before making the sleepbuds™ purchase at the Bose store and the same needs to be submitted, if the product is returned within the period of 10 days.

8. In the case of the missing declaration, consumers would be required to execute a fresh declaration.

9. The return of sleepbuds™ shall only be accepted from the person who has made the purchase.

10. Consumer is required to furnish a valid identity proof during the purchase of sleepbuds™.

11. Any illegal action or unauthorized and intentional misuse of the said offer would attract a legal action and disqualification of the offer extended.

12. The offer is only valid for the end-use customer only.

13. All standard terms and conditions with respect to purchases made will be applicable. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

14. Bose reserves an absolute right to change/modify/withdraw/suspend/cancel these offers (in full or partial) at any time without giving any notice or without assigning any reason, and shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or compensation.

15. EMI offers (if applicable) may vary and are subject to the interest rates offered by different Banks. Pine Labs India Pvt. Ltd. would solely be responsible for the EMI calculation and processing. Bose Corporation India Private Limited will not be responsible for any queries and litigations related to the EMI’s.
