TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The ‘Lifestyle 650 Diwali Promo’ (Promotion/offer) commencing from September 29th, 2019 and is valid till October 31, 2019 (the “Term”) is hosted exclusively at Reliance Retail and Croma limited outlet(s) by Bose Corporation India Private Limited (“Bose”) and/or its affiliates in all the States and Union Territories across India except for the state of Tamil Nadu on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder.
2. During the said period, the customer shall be extended with Gift vouchers amounting to INR 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) with every purchase of Bose Lifestyle 650 home theatre system at Bose retail stores, Croma, and Reliance Retail limited outlet(s). These offers and promotions would not be extended to any other channel or partner.
3. The said Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any Bose product on a subsequent purchase at the same partner i.e. if the Bose Lifestyle 650 home theatre system is purchased from the Bose retail store then the Gift vouchers amounting to INR 40,000/-(Rupees forty thousand only) can be only redeemed at any Bose retail store. Similarly, if the purchase is made at Croma Retail store then the Gift voucher shall be redeemed at only Croma retail outlet against a Bose product only.
4. The customers are allowed to use the Gift voucher during the Term in a single transaction. If the subsequent purchase of a Bose product is less than INR 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only), then the Gift Voucher of INR 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) shall be considered for the Bose product purchase.
5. The Gift Vouchers can be used by the same person who has made the purchase of a Bose Lifestyle 650 home theatre system and are valid only for a one-time use and up to the amount entitled.
6. The Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money and shall not be transferable.
7. Bose shall not be responsible for any loss of the voucher. Further, a torn and/or mutilated voucher will not be accepted.
8. Any illegal action or unauthorized and intentional misuse of the said promotion would attract a legal action and disqualification of the offer extended.
9. The offer is only valid for the end-use customer only.
10. This offer is valid subject to availability for stocks for Bose Lifestyle 650 home theatre systems.
11. The Gift voucher cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer from Bose or any of Bose’s partners/affiliates. Customer shall not be entitled to compensation/benefits/ cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of these promotions.
12. Bose reserves an absolute right to change, modify, withdraw, suspend, or cancel these offers (in full or partial) at any time without giving any notice or without assigning any reason and shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or compensation.

14. This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Promotion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Haryana only.
15. The decisions of Bose India and its representatives regarding organizing, running, or the process of the promotion shall be final and binding for all the Participants of the Promotions. No appeals will be entertained in this regard.
16. Under no circumstance, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall Bose and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant/customer and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever. The Participant(s)/Purchasers specifically agree not to file in person, through any family member, and/or any third party any compliant, applications, criminal, and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against Bose India and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the Promotion.
17. Bose is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Terms and Conditions contained herein. All information provided in the promotion is provided “As is” without warranty of any kind. Bose makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the Participant and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timelines, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
18. Bose India reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change the Terms and Conditions of this promotions and to alter/vary or terminate the Promotion/Offer at any time without any prior notice in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement, or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control without any compensation. The Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, as applicable, and Bose India shall not be liable for any loss to such Participants due to such discontinuation or termination.
19. By signing up for this promotion, Participants give an explicit consent to Bose India to contact them at present and in the future for any communication related to Bose India products, special offers, events, and other consumer engagements through official channels.
20. Any taxes as per the applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Central/state government or local authorities shall be borne by the Participant(s).
21. The Promotion is open to Participants aged 18 years or older.
22. All standard terms and conditions with respect to purchases made will be applicable. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
